As an Independent Contractor, you can normally start immediately or very quickly. You are fully responsible for your vehicle upkeep and gas.
You must be at least 18 years old (some companies do want you to be at least 21), have access to a registered vehicle that is 15 years old, or newer and in some cases, pass a drug test.
You should take a Specimen Handling & Transportation (for first-time students) Includes BBP & HIPAA certification course. This is not always required, but it is helpful and strongly recommended.
